Surgery went well. Trying to rest now. Thanks to this site i felt prepared.

I'm 4 days out too. I can drink 50/50 juice water no problem, it's the rest I have no hunger to eat. Worried because I'm never hungry dr said its normal. I start protein today so I'll tr a shake. I never had anything in the hospital till Friday night. Had to stay extra because I couldn't pass gas and the pain was so bad. I got to come home last night. Still a lot of rumbles in my tummy.

I had mine thursday. Was hoping to go today but no go. Alot of pain and can't pass gas lol

Welcome I started 291 and my bypass RnY is in 2 days. I'm ready (well a little freaked out) to have what I deserve. My wait was 4 weeks start to surgery I have used these forums to learn a lot. Just read n ask questions

That is my worst fear is that day before prep. My surgery is thursday and that freaks me out i picked it up today. Wonder which flavor is best. Good luck look forward to hearing how it goes ill be right behind you

I think I am freaking more because mine was so fast. I only just went to the doc April 23 and said yes that day I wanted to do it and had my surgery date for May 17 the next day. So I learned a lot fast. I really didn't have a long time to wait. No long diets just 8 days of 1000 calories and I'll have a liquid day Wednesday. So I am very blessed to be fast and no long waits. I'm glad it was quick. Only thing I freak about is did I learn everything?

I am right there with you. My surgery is Thursday. I'm a basket case from crying to laughing to plan being silly. Best of luck I wish I was 2 days
