Silly question but is anyone adding things (like bananas) to their shakes? And thoughts on whats good/not good? Ive been sticking to soy protein shakes with almond milk but the taste is getting old and my preop starts next week.

I figured it was time to make this group since we all are going through similar steps until the big day. I do want to say, it feels like its real to me now. Hospital admitting called me last night for my info. Today i got my pre op testing date (Oct 1) and surgery time (10:30am). I forgot to ask the doc....any idea on what happens in pre op testing and how long it takes? -
