hi msg, yes, things have really changed in the zoo. I am doing fine, I was banded at Borgess Hospital on May 31st of last year, I have lost 75lbs and it's a whole different feeling than last year about this time. I was worried that maybe just like other times I have tried to lose weight and nothing happened, but now I just hope that I can keep my lapband to maintain. I hope to lose another 20lbs and will call it goal. well, nice to hear from a Michigander. delo
