I am fighting hard to get to onederland also. I weighed in at 202 this morning. I haven't been eating that much so that I could lose the weight but the scale is not moving. I get so frustrated, it's just 2 lbs, please, please take me there by Labor Day. PPPPPPPLLLLLeeeaaasssee.

hi, everyone. I am 60 years old and had my surgery on May 31 of this year. I feel great, Glucophage is reduced and will be eliminated next month, high blood pressure pill, also. I cried when the doctor told me this because I feel I would never get off of them. what a relief. I have about 50 lbs to go and no one said this was easy, it's not. You don't really have that Thanksgiving Day full feeling, it's more like it hurts feeling. The band is like a screwdriver, you couldn't very well turn a screw without it. oh, well. it is still hard, you don't get that satisfaction of chewing and enjoying full, you feel oh, I better stop or I'll pay the price feeling. I think you know what I'm saying. I need this policeman inside, otherwise I would have too many Thanksgivings. lol. I don't think we're too old, it is fairly new here, maybe just six years here. so it's now or never. everyone is doing so well.

midicurn, yes, lapband was May 31st and I lost about 20lbs before surgery and the rest later. I am trying to get the scales to budge a little bit. I am not losing any right now. I go for my second fill on August 14th. I have 4cc's in my 10 cc band. Maybe I will lose after that. I want to be in onderland before labor day.

May 14, 1947 i feel like the oldest so far, damm.

I am also so stuck and trying to get to onderland. I am at 207 and can't even budge that number. Quite frustrating to say the least. How can I push this. I have a day care and run around all day with the children. I am too tired in the evening. I make a quick supper for hubby and eat lightly myself. Help. I think I need another fill. It is scheduled for August 14th. Maybe being on liquids and mushies for awhile will help. hope so.

hi, Jennifer I too was banded on May 31st in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I love my band. I have a large band and have only 1 fill at 4ccs. My next appointment for fill is August 14th. I have some restriction but I find myself getting a little hungry lately. I would love the scales to start going down again, but maybe after my next fill!

hi, could you tell me what is port revision? I am 8weeks postop and have trouble with my port area filling with liquid and forming a little pouch. The doctor drained it and checked it for bacteria. there was none, but am wondering why this occurs. thanks
