Kerrie-Ann -what was Ur starting weight if u don't mind telling they say the bigger u are the faster you lose the weight but if you were not very big it does come off slow you just watch one week u lose and the next u don't all of our bodies are different just make sure u stick to what u r suppst to eat don't cheat at all and it will all work out good luck

    I am haveing the same problem with protein in the morning I drink carnation instant breakfast and add 2 scoops of way protein then put a banna and skim milk and ice it's ok like that but I have a hard time getting 2 down I wana go to gnc any good ideals for shakes from there ?

  22. Mine to and I just don't get it I go to the gym I have been eating or drinking broth with soft veggies that's about all I can keep down
  23. Not sure what I am doing wrong I drink a lot of water eat chicken drink protein shakes and go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week at first I lost 25 lbs my surgery was 6/22 this week up 3lbs feel like a failure
