That's great. I have stalls too but I've found that if I eat every few hours that the weight falls right off. I'm down 61. Be proud if those 45!

I tried it at 6 weeks and it wasn't pleasant. Good luck! -
I had my surgery oct 18 and have been allowed OJ since day one and was able to eat oranges at week 7. Haven't had any problems.

All Doctors say different. I've heard 3 months, 6 months and a year.

I was not allowed to wear a tampon during surgery. I had to put a pad between my legs.

How far post op is everyone who is eating the protein bars? -
I was at a jewelry party last night with lots of yummy food and wine too! I'm feeling pretty good myself. Some days it's hard to get in all the fluids. Luckily, I haven't had an issue with any of the foods I've tried.

Hi everyone. I had my surgery on the 18th. Came home on the 19th. Everything went great. Just a little muscle pain. Just took a walk outside. Now sipping away on some muscle milk. Hows everyone else doing?

Surgery is Thursday and I'm starting to freak a little! Worrying about what if this and what if that.
