I've had 3 knee surgeries, since my surgery I've lost 54 lbs, my knee pain and swelling have gone down tremendously.

Vamp- first of all I want to congratulate you on having the courage enough to walk away. If he's pulling a gun on you and obviously being abusive- it is definitely a situation both you and your kids do not need to be involved in. Secondly, if you ever need to talk please feel free to contact me..I've not been in the situation myself before but have had several close friends that I've helped go through almost the exact situation! Salad is all I want. I usually put eggs, ham, chicken, turkey and cheese in it- to make sure I get some protein in it!

I would call the dr..I know when I've gone for check ups they always ask if I have any of the problems your describing..

I've been at a stall for about 2 weeks now and I'm only 3 months out. I just had my 3 month check up yesterday & talked to the dr and was just told it happens..that's it. Not real enthused with their answer :/

Just remember, you can't change people's actions or comments, but you can change how you react to them. This person is obviously nothing to you, so don't let them bring you down! You know who you are and really that is all that matters! Let this person be an idiot they will get caught out there one day...KARMA'S a bitch!!

SOmehow I now have two tickers on my signature line...how do I get rid of at least one of them?? I'm usually tech savvy but apparently not so much with this! lol

I waited until today to weigh in here goes: Day of surgery 3/30/12: 268 6/9/12: 225 6/18/12: 220 2 more pounds and I hit 50!! Seems like the weight lose is slowing!! Getting frustrated! Need protein food advice??

Miami- if your husband won't do things on his own to you - then it sounds like you need to take control of the situation! Plan a night, get a babysitter, and YOU SHOW your husband how and what you want & like! I can't imagine any man not wanting to participate!! Good luck

That's awesome! I had the same kind of situation. My mom who has always compared herself to me in terms of who weighted more or less keeps telling me how awesome I look. It a whole different relationship - weird but good!

I had sex 5 days after surgery
