See my post to Kim Miller in regard to making yummy smoothies with fresh fruit, yogurt and your protein mix. You can get 20 grams of protein and sweet fruits at the same time. If you like coffee, you can get the chocolate protein mix and a teaspoon of instant coffee, or use brewed coffee (I think it has to be decaf, if I remember). Toss into the blender and add some ice and you have a chocolate mocha smoothie.
