Got to Unjury.com their strawberry mix is really good and they have an unflavored one that goes well with Crystal Lite

I had my surgery on January 19th. I started with just eating a few small bites of something and would see how it would sit and then the next time I would try a few more bites. This seems to help me though I still have issues with pasta as it is not a food I can eat and I still have to limit sugar to only things with less then 3gms per serving
