Sounds like your protein and calorie intake are good....how about your carb intake.?? My nutricianist wants me under 50 per day. Your body could just be adjusting too. Hope it doesn't last long for you...

That's GREAT !! Congrats !! I hit onderland yesterday.....it is a great feeling....I was worried when I got up that I would have gone back to 200.... But I was 198.... The farther away the better I feel!!!!!!!!

Finally under 200 !!! Weighed in at 199 this morning...I had been stuck at 202 for over 3 weeks. It was so frustrating. I saw my nutritious on Tuesday. She looked over my daily intake (I log everything in on my fitness pal). The told me to get 80 protein, 800 calories, and under 50 carbs a day. I was only getting my protein up to the 50's and my carbs were up in the 70-80 range. I made the adjustments, and immediately I started loosing again. My surgery date was 8/7/12. I feel like I'm back on track now.

I started adding a spoon of ground flaxseed to my food...it seems to be helping....

I tried the Depo shot years ago....it screwed with my emotions...I couldn't stand to be around myself!! I've had the Mirena for the last ten years (2 implants 5 years apart). It's been great not having a period, but for me it was very painful having it put in...which is why I'm not having a third one. I told my husband he could get snipped or we could have a baby....he's 56 and I'm 47....he decided to get the first option. I don't think it's painful for everyone....it was just difficult getting mine in which took more time and caused more pain.

I couldn't wait to have them. My doctor gave me the ok at week three (purée stage). I've tried them twice and got sick on them both times. At my support meeting several people said the same thing. Hopefully I can handle them in the future. Hope you don't have the same problem.
