Protien Drinks And Ebt
chaotica replied to chaotica's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I understand, the powder along with vitamins can really break someone. Try the glucerna carb smart shakes. They are coveted like ensure would be. Im sorry. Is there another Walmart you can go to? -
As long as its sugar free, I don't see why not.

Protien Drinks And Ebt

The reason other stores won't cover it, is because it is considered a supplement not food. -
Protien Drinks And Ebt

I know!! Most stores won't cover the protein water or bars. The glucerna carb smart protein drinks are very good, sugar free, pack tons of protein and are covered!! It's not frothy and chalky like the powders. It tastes great. I have taken them out with me when I was busy. They are really filling. -

No, no other place will do it but Walmart. I spoke with them, and it's true. Good to know for those who need it. -

I hanks Mami, but I'm not able to do them without getting sick. I get most of mine from food now. It was just something I was reading about on a site, and thought it might be helpful. -
Feeling Left Behind
chaotica replied to thenewme2012's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm so sorry you are having such a rough time. I understand how you feel. It's so normal at your stage to get depressed. So much has changed and eati g is no longer fun. It's painful, frustrating and can turn you off of wanting to eat, but not to cravings. It's understandable. At your stage I loved eating a packet of grits with a few sprayes of the parkway zero cal butter spray. It's by the margarine. It tastes great and goes down easy. You can ad a bit of shredded cheddar. Soups work great!! And if you chew the crap out of em, all kinds of the little rice cake packets cause next to no problems. I wish I had a magic cure for what you're going through, but just trust, it will get better. *hugs* -
It's strange how sensitive I am to the tinyest bit of sugar. But my favorite thing to drink is hard cidar. I prefer the sweeter kinds. It had 19g of sugar per bottle. Not a single problem. I'm thinking it just hits differently. But I thought I was going to be billy badass and drink three in a row. I was smashed!!! Stayed so for about an hour, then I had a hangover from hell. It hits fast and wears off just as fast.

I'm with the ladies on this one. Would be great to see your face!!

My first week out, all I dreamt of was a bowl of refried beans and cheese. -
You look great!!

I'm four months out. I've never posted pics and I figured now would be a good time. At the request of a wonderful friend from the forum, I reluctantly took this pic. I have to find the before pic from before. I lost a ton of weight in this last month. The change in the pics from now and the one from last month floored me. And I live in this body!! Taken today Today as well Taken a month ago.

Thank you both so much!! I wish I was at goal now, but I noticed how fast I seemed to have dropped within this last month. I am so happy this has finally come to pass. Just a year ago, I would look at others before and after pics and cry. We are all on our way to a healthier life!! -

I'm thinking about thirty to forty more lbs. then I should be 130-120. I'm thinking I'll get there before my year mark. -

I'm not sure how much I'm down now. I've been without a scale of my own for a while now, but I think between fifteen and twenty lbs. I have gone from a size 22 jeans to a size 15 junior and I got those last week. Now they are falling down. -
I've been an avid watcher since my surgery, and trust me, there are times I would trade a week of sex for a painless plate of deep fried anything covered in cheese and topped with potatoes and bacon. Then I drink some water, feel it hit my grumpy pouch, and change the station.
