me im different..i keep cooking everything for my kids and i will watch them eat..its funny but its true..i watch them eat and i get full..but they complain bec they said i cooked a lot..lol

i had mine last may 23 and i only lost 30 lbs in a month..sometimes i lost sometimes i dont...but its ok..just continue...

hummus is my fav...and tufu...today i tried pouch egg and tufu...yummy! lol...just keep trying food that works for u...u dont need to follow the book as long as it works for u..dont be afraid...u will be fine

im doing great so far...i walk little by little but still no appetite...i lost 57 lbs so far..everybody is seing thr diffrent...my surgeon is great she did a good job...srill no appetite still eating popsicle..thats all i like to eat i dont like the broth...so only popsicle and water and ice cubes

i guess it depends on.our body..im 10 days post op and thank u Lord i never felt all of those..dont feel nauseated no pain no problems at all..im taking my protein well..i just dont like the broth but im.doing pretty well.. we will pray for u sister!

first u have to attend a seminar first they will get the info of ur insurance after that they will call u to sched ur test...i guess they verified the insurance already...h will go a lot of test though...blood test psychiatrist endoscopy u have to meet with ur surgeon to tell u whats best for u..sleep apnea cardiovascular test..so many more then they will.send to the ins the final.evaluation..i guess diffrent ins diffirent polivies so far me i didnt have any problem... it is worthed i can assure u that im 10 days post op and im enjoying it..i lost 57 pounds so go for it girl..good luck!
