Hello all, I was banded a little over 5 weeks ago and am SOOOOO happy I have had this surgery. But :help::help:I was wondering if anybody could help me or advise me on something. I have started running and today a friend suggested that I start taking Protein. Which I think is a marvellous idea but my dilemma is if it is advisable to be placing some Protein powder in my meals? I am not allowed to have Protein shakes in between my meals so I am a little perplexed as to what I should do and how to take it. Thanks Reney http://reneys.blogspot.com/
