I couldn't believe how fast my insurance approved my surgery!!!! -
How do I get back on track??? I am getting back into my old habits of eating. I am gaining weight.

I suggest to go all the way with the gastric bypass. I had my surgery on may 1st, 2012. I have lost 120lbs. That was the one for me. I loved eating sweets instead of regular food and now if I eat something sweet it will make me very nervous. So I know not to do that. I haven't pick back up on drinking cokes. I drink water and buy the crystal light drinks to put I n my water. -
What can I do about hair loss?????

I will be honest. I am not eating enough of protein. I have got to get me some proteins shakes also. I hate meat now, but I am getting better about eating it. -

You can do this. Just stay motivated. I had my surgery on may 1st, 2012. I have lost 76 lbs. I thought I would never lose weight like this. It's amazing. Good luck to you!!!

I went for my blood work today. My dr apot is Wednesday for my 3 month checkup, since surgery. I have lost 70 pounds since may 1st.

Had my surgery on may 1 st. I have lost 42 lbs so far. It's a real big challenge. I have been wanting some ice cream and coke so bad but can't do it.
