Lmfao... Yes. I think we've all have. Try to remain calm. Its normal. I have been at the same weight sometimes for 3 or 4 weeks at a time its called a plateau... Then weightloss follows eventually

Everyone tolerates pain differently... I have a higher pain tolerance I guess.. Lol

You guys will be fine. Recovery from this surgery is quite rapid. I Stayed in the hospital two nights, and was walking the very next day following sugery. As soon as I returned home I resumed my normal duties with no problem at all. Good luck. And congrats on your great decisions to change your lives!

You will see, they will make a huge difference! I shocked myself when I realized how thin my thighs had gotten... Lol

Yes.. The fainting was due to low blood pressure. Just becareful and stand up slowly. I fainted 4 times in two months but the first time I got a concussion.

Well I feel great now, but around my 7th month post op I felt awful! I would feel dizzy upon standing and began having fainting spells that lead to hospitalizations. It was determined by my doctors n other specialists, that the reason for all that was the rapidness of the weight loss. Keep in mind... That by 6mons post op I had already lost more than 100 lbs. The weight has been slow now so it has given my body time to adjust. No more fainting! Thank goodness.

thanks ladies... the weight loss is much slower this far out and i still have about 40 lbs that i would like to loose. its getting hard.to not give in to tempations lol but i know i can do it

im sure u will just stick to the new eating habits its easy to get side tracked as u get further out.

That was my understanding as well. But each surgeon is different, as to what they want us to eat or stay away from.

Why eat salads? It fills you up and u don't get Protein? Unless u add meat... Just saying.

I have had the IUD for 3 yrs now... And its been great because it took my periods away! The only thing is that it bothers me during sex which sucks :/
