Well I guess when you sit back and look at things 80 lbs in 18 weeks is quick! But to me it seem super slow on the weeks I don't loose any. ( I am very were that its dropping like crazy tho)

Thanks everyone! I was feeling kinda down because I hadn't lost any in almost 3 weeks... I thought this day would never come!

That would be awesome Jen! Unfortunately, its on the head tho I took biotin since day one and everything was fine, but at about 14 weeks post op my hair would fall out like crazy. I immediately began to intake more daily protein, and wash my hair every other day instead of daily. I also started a supplement called silica, which I think has been what has helped. I'm soon to be 18 weeks post op and it has drastically calmed down. At the rate I was going I figured I would be bald in no time! It was sooooooo scarey! Lol but I'm ok now... Yay!

Panda, don't be so hard on yourself. It's a steady pace. Atleast you're losing, fustrating for myself, who's been at a plateau for 2 n a half weeks! Goodluck and it should pick up soon!

Ugh! Me too! Super sick of propel, diet snapple, crystal light ect. I been drinking watered down freshly squeezed oj, with this awesome juicer u bought ツ Besides that pure water!
