    Next week will be my 7 month mark, and so far this month I have only lost 5 pounds. That's 5 pounds in 3 weeks? Umm... Hope next week I loose some more. We'll see :/ Sorry guys, just needed to vent. We all hit these frustrating stages...

    I'm 6 months out and I can eat a whole container of yogurt which is 5.3 oz. plus some grapes... Is that too much at a time? I feel full, but i don't wanna stretch my pouch. How much is the normal at this stage?
