Need Some Advise Please
amanda11 replied to Christina's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I have pcos and did treatments before surgery. Got preg lost that baby then got preg on my own two weeks after losing that baby on my own then preg again when my 1st daughter turned six months. Since the surgery my periods are all out of wack! Been bleeding more then not... So I hope everything works out for you! Clomid did wonders for me having a baby! Kind of set me straight! I think. -

Almost Two Weeks After Surgery
amanda11 replied to cmbd's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm the same way. I can get in more then most people too... But still don't make my calorie goal. Or protein. Don't like food anymore lol but am not losing like other people either I seem to b not losing its weird. O well whenever u see the nutritionist or surgeon ask them about it! I believe ur new pouch is suppose to hold 4-6 oz that seems to b what I exact get in. -
This is my fav bc it was the day I had surgery my second chance at life ha ha I'm a dork I know! Lol also don't have any other on my phone..
-
Yes ugh I was just complaining to y friend hope things get better for ya!!

My dr wouldnt prescribe it to me it makes ppl moody and weird dreams and suicidal rate go up! I noticed with friends that took it how much it affected them but did help them quit.
-
I quit before surgery had too or they wouldn't do it. And for afterwards of coarse the surgeon doesn't want u smoking so I asked my family dr about it and of coarse she said don't do it I made it this far but if I were to start back up at least wait a month for everything to heal. Unfortunately didn't wait that long and have been. But plan on stopping again. It's summer time and every has parties I couldn't eat or drink so I wound up smoking not a good excuse but i was getting myself down. Good luck hope u can quit for good! Know it's tough!

M not losing weight this is so frustrating! I try to get in as much as possible obviously without going over! I don't know what to do! I could excersise more but the storms here have been all day and everyday these past couple days but even when I was getting out and walking I still didn't lose 1 lb I. Two weeks is all I lost. I understand everyone's different. But y me?? Ugh sorry needed to vent!

I have my dr said its bc when they stitch the inside it can pull things like muscle and skin wall in to the stitch. Make any sense? Lol not to good at explaining things lol it does go away on time as everything heals!
