Go for it! I have drank a few times now since my surgery and have gotten drunk. If anything u sober up quicker from my experience lol but will deff add weight back on!! But have lost it again one to two days after plus some! U will be fine!

I thought I was a lone in this!! I too feel like a bottomless pit around that time and I am 12 weeks out 51 lbs down. I crave salt and chocolate. But it's like I can munch all day! And crave even more! Good luck to you!

It's weird I went from barely losing a pound a week to one to two pounds a day!! It's nice but weird I barely get in the calories and protein... I think anyways been slacking lately on keeping track. It's nice I'm losing weight but losing hair also. Which usually means not enough protein right? But one more pound till fifty lost and that'll probably be when I wake up in the morning. Lol I haven't been this weight since I got married and that is five yrs today!!! Wow! What a Rollar coaster but so happy!! Been drinking to Igor so probably all over the place but just some things on my mind lol everyone have a great night!!

I add fat free or light Italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing!! LOVE it! U should give that a try maybe! Good luck!

Omg totally understand!! I also hate when they say ok stand up and let me see! I'm like yea I lost weight but Im still big have a lot to go! But I must say it is nice ppl are thinking about me and care! I try to think of it that way.... Kind of helps but not to much lol

I get mine for 3 months at a time non stop and heavy it is not normal!! They have put me on this pills for the second time called norethindrone they stop the bleeding! I also have pcos. It's a pain in the ass!!

I'm about 40 mins from Philly had my surgery at Jefferson hospital in Philly!! I'm there all the time walking and concerts now dr appts lol

Muscle milk light is really good and u should have about 8 a day or 800 calls a day. Nothing but water u can add mio or do diet teas. Also sugar free jello and sugar free ice pops! Good luck!

I'm seven weeks out and had wine a couple night s ago and and Bacardi has Bacardi zero so bring it on. Ha ha ha I still enjoy going out with friends I'm not gonna cut it out of my life but I'm also not making it my life. Enjoy!

I had no problem with watermelon!

I cheated a few times on my pre op liquid diet and they I guess didn't notice. As long as u lose weight and what not. But after surgery do not cheat. My surgeon told us a lady literally just got discharged from hospital ate something she wasn't suppose to and died!! So i dont think it'll mess with u before but after follow that diet they tell u!! And with my rny they kept it in for a day about.

I've had em three times now they put it in when ur asleep and take it out when ur awake does not hurt! Feels weird yes but doesn't hurt unless u pull it so don't do that lol

Had no drain for rny but when I had my first c section I had one for 2 days did not hurt to me anyways. I don't know of it is any diff for the rny drain?...
