I have lost 77 pounds in 5 months. I went from a size 26 to an XL top and a size 24 to an 18 pants. -
I also didn't have any complications through the different food stages.

I started my vitamins on the second week. I've never used chewables. Most of mine are small. The biggest one is the calcium but I have the citrical petites. Even my multi Vitamin is petite( one a day). They are coated so they go down very easy. -

What a great feeling. I am five months post op. my starting weight was 297. I am now 223. I used to wear a 24 pants and a 26/28 or 3x top. Now my pants are 16 or 18 depending on the brand. My top is a XL. My goal is 50 more pounds. Congrats to everyone. We can do this. Lane Bryant might go out of business. Lol.

I got mines as soon as I got to the hospital. It wasn't bad because it was just starting. The nurse let me leave my undies and a pad on until they were ready for me.
