Are you taking your pain meds? Are you walking? When I was in pain the best thing was to walk and move around. It might be hard at first but it really does help. Good Luke. -

Does the unjury make your soup thick. I tried that with soup and it was terrible. I didn't mix the powder with water first. So maybe that's where I messed up.

I have one too. My surgeon said it was very mall and it might correct itself from the weight loss. Also he said a lot of over weight people have them. If its not that bad they might not have to remove it. I used to have pain and spasms but since the weight loss it hasn't bothered me. Good luck on your surgery. -
My doctor told me if I'm going to have any kind of bread it's best if it's toasted.. I get full off of a half of a sandwich too. I think that's an appropriate serving.

Those meds are something else. When I had my surgery as soon as the nurse started injecting the meds in my iv I was like whoa. That stuff had me high instantly. The only time I asked or it was when I was really in bad pain or if I couldn't sleep. -

That's not good. I only go every 2-3 days but 2 weeks that's a long time. I would take a laxative and if it appens again I would call my doctor. Are you drinking enough Water?
