I take the citrical petites. The size might scare you but the coating makes them go down easy. I haven't had a problem ith them.

That is great. I went to the store the other day and I saw a pair of shorts I really wanted. My size was a 24 so I got the 24 and tried them on and they wre so big. So then I got the 22 and they were big too. So I got the 20 and I said I'm not trying them on. I got home and tried them on and they fit. I was so happy. It's been a long time since I've wen a 20.

My bf is very supportive. As a matter of fact at first he didn't want me to have the surgery. He always told me he loved me the way I am. It was me that wasn't happy. But I kept complaining and being scared of my health issues. He then told me whatever I decided he would support me. We have a friend who had the surgery and she looks sickly. I have a whole set that was collecting dust but I use them now. I have 1,2, 3, and 4 mile ones. I even have weight balla and a stretchy band. I like that it's not just walking. You get a good workout with them.

That is funny how all of the doctors are different. By week four I was on a full diet with no restrictions. I also think it depends on how well your doing too. I didn't have any trouble getting anything down.

My doctor told me 64 grams. I'm sure more won't hurt. What are you doing to get 70-80 grams. I have trouble trying o get 64.
