I feel so bad for you. It seems like all you want is the best for your family. I would tell him that we need marriage counseling. If he refuses to go I would go by myself. Just like someone else posted the kids know what's going on and they shouldn't be subjected to that. I would never tell someone to leave their marriage but if he's being abusive I would really think long and hard about it. My father was very abusive to my mom. Mentally and physically. She never left. Me and my sister cried and begged her all the time. He ended up dying of a massive heart attack. I thank god I didn't follow in my mothers footsteps by thinking it was ok to be hit on. I don't take crap from anybody. I will keep you in my prayers. You don't deserve to be treated like this. P.s. the accuser is usually the guilty one.

I agree. I don't think 20 pounds is a whole lot. Just keep an eye on things so you don't keep gaining.

I have. I have the frosty chocolate. I don't like them. A lot of people on here like them so it depend on your taste. They aren't nasty they just don't have enough chocolate for me.

I have the book and I love it. It is very informative.

Crystal light really has some good favors without the after taste. My favorites are grape, raspberry lemonade and pink lemonade. I also love peppermint tea which is good for the digestive system. Good luck.

Try going to their website. You might find it there. I had to have a years worth of diet attempts. I didn't have to have documentation. I just had to list them. For instance the Atkins diet, Jenny Craig, weight watchers and so forth. I don't think they check. Good luck.

Try peppermint or ginger tea. That helped me a lot.
