It's so hard to find good bras that will last.

I started at a 46h now I'm a 42h. I wish the cup size would shrink some. I've been carrying these things around for too long. Lol.

I'm three months post op and I've lost 60 pounds.

I also have sleep apnea. I use the mask that just overs your nose. There are a million masks available.you will have to try until you ind one that is comfortable. Luck for me my doctor changed mines out until I found one I liked at no charge. Once I found the one I liked now I get it from a pharmaceutical company. It's really not that expensive if your insurance covers part of it. My pressure was at 10. Now it's down to 8. Slowly but surely I will eventually get off of the cpap. Good luck.

Maybe you need a laxative to get you started. I know it's so uncomfortable. Sometimes if I'm feeling irregular I will take one ducolax.

A couple of months before my surgery I was looking at my calendar and I realized that I would be due around the dy of my surgery. I actually called the doctors office and reschedule my surgery. The nurse asked me why and when I told her she laughed. I told her that would be so embarrassing. She said you won't be the first or the last. Lol. So the day of surgery I'm putting my gown on and who shows up. I thought I had it made. I thought this would make you ladies laugh. It's funny now but it wasn't then.

First are you drinking enough water? If so try stool softeners. I didn't have a regular BMW for like two months. I'm three months post op and now it's regular. Before surgery I went at least 2-3 times a day. After surgery I didnt go for days at a time. Now I'm like once a day.

I thought it got easier as the dys passed. The first couple were hard. After surgery I was only on liquids for a week. Every week after mt doctor took me to another stage because I was doing so good. I haven't had any problems. Good luck!

i Have a question about my blood pressure. Im still on blood pressure medication. I have been feeling light headed off nd on. Some days my pressure is around 120/78 and today it is 110/60. I think that is too low. I have a wrist monitor that I use. I believe it is accurate. If not I don't think it could be off by a whole lot. Does anyone use a wrist monitor and what do you think of them. I know eventually I'll probably have to come off of my blood pressure medication. I think I should call my doctor and have him monitor me more closely. I usually just see him every three months. Has this happened to anyone else. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm down 54 pounds. Thank you.

I thought about stop taking them but I'm not a doctor. I will call my doctor and see what he says. Thanks again.
