I haven't been on in a minute. Everyone looks amazing. My surgery was April 23, 2012. My surgery wt was 297. I'm currently 194. I have been at this weight for awhile now. My lowest has been 193 and my highest has been 197. I'm currently off of my cpap machine, blood pressure meds and asthma pump. I feel great just trying to keep the weight off. Here's a before and after.

Surgery date: April 23, 2012 Starting weight: 297 Current weight: 194 I'm over a year out my lowest weight has been 192. I can't seem to lose anymore. My doctors goal for me is 180. I haven't given up. If I don't meet his goal I'm not disappointed. I feel and look great. I'm off of all medication for blood pressure, asthma and the c pap machine. I could've never did this on my own so I'm very happy. I went from wearing a size 26/28 top to a regular xl and from a size 24 pants to a regular size 14/16. I don't have to go to the plus size department anymore.
