  3. I struggle with stress eating as well!! I try to exercise instead but I love candy and so does my boyfriend just set goals for yourself and make them realistic don't stop just limit yourself it's easier than saying no also put it on a plate so u know how much is there instead of the bag than the bag is gone !!! And for hair that lasted couple months hit me really scary but it's from losing so fast!! Most of the time it comes back!! Good luck both of you!!!!!!!!!!

    What Protein Shakes Do You Use?

    I used to buy from GNC and get amplified whey Protein but that costs like 50 bucks the GNC person said its better and absorbs better but can't afford that so I get just whey generic kind at target for 16 bucks!! I drink a shake and just get vanilla!! At GNC they have crazy good favors. I had my surgery 10 months ago and still losing 1.5 pounds a week total of 113 pounds good luck Oh the GNC and generic aren't as greedy Gritty

  6. I had my surgery may 13, 2011 just little over ten months . I was losing a pound in a half every week expect this month it's not happening and it's buming me out! I have 20 more pounds to reach my goal. I go to the gym 4 days a week. I just worry i won't make it! I am happy with what I look like besides the skin. But I'm down 112 pounds do far. That is something to be proud of!!!! I want a tummy tuck so bad, have to wait a another year. Any advice on keep losing?

    One day or one minute at a time! When you start eating its not going to be much. I had my surgery 10 months ago! Still losing around 1.5 pounds a week but it's slowing down. Don't rush eating cause now I can eat a lot around a cup and should of took it slower
