Start my liquid diet tomorrow! I am so nervous! Any tips on how to survive this? I can have 2-3serbings of veggies or fruit so hopefully it won't be that bad!?

Day three of liquid veggie fruit diet! I think I am doing good but I feel like I am eating more than I am supposed to which makes it easier but I don't know exactly what a serving size of these fruits and vegetables are. I am having the v8 puréed soups for lunch they are good! Can you eating to many fruits and veggies hurt??? Ok.... So here is the real issue! I am still smoking! I need to quit! Thank god they are not testing me for it but I am having such a hard time! Anyone still smoke? Anyone smoke after surgery???

Yeah for you! So happy you sound good and positive! keep up the good work can't wait for my surgery on 6/4! On the pre-op liquids now 3 days in, 11 to go pre op tomorrow! Hope I am as positive and happy as you are!

I have my pre op tomorrow and my surgery is also on 6/4 and we weigh about the same alot of similarities! I am on the pre op diet though. Good luck tomorrow! 11 days left for us! I know it can't come fast enough for me!

Tomorrow is my appointment where I hopefully get a date! I can't wait to get this done. I have had 3 C-sections anyone know how this surgery compares to that like pain wise and recovery time? Thanks!

I am so nervous I finished up. With all my appointments last Thursday. I am waiting to hear about a date so I can make my pre-op appointments. I hate waiting! I hope they call me tomorrow with some news!

I got the pure protien shakes 35g I Am allowed the veggies too. Thanks for the support! Can anyone recommend a good vitamin regimine that won't make me sick?

Thursday I meet with the dietician to figure put this liquid diet thing. Any recommendations? Can't wait for this part to be behind me!

I am getting so nervous! I start my liquid diet in about a week! My date is June 4th! I am struggling with kicking the butts scared of the diet and now freaking out about complications and saggy skin! I wish it was done already I hate all the prep and anticipation. To much time to think about it! Kind of freaking out! Thanks for asking! how are you doing?

Waiting in the Dr. Office to meet with the psychologist and the Dr's office coordinator hoping and praying I will have some clarity as when i will be getting my date! I hope is soon I just want to move on already!
