I am 5'1" I have lost 100lbs. I to am bigger boned. At this point I am at 178. I am wanting at least 150 lbs. I feel like I am never getting there!!

How long did it take everybody to get to their goal weight?? I am almost 11 months post op and I am slowing way down on losing and getting scared!!

I had that problem and still do some. My surgeon recommended miralax daily after I got cleaned out. It helps. Just mix it in a drink and you can't taste it

I am 7 months at. At my one year mark I have to see my surgeon once a year.

I am 8 months out. The past few days. I feel like I am starving. It is that time of month if that has anything to do with it. I am worried I have stretched my pouch. How can I tell? I am worried!!

I just got my wedding dress one size smaller in 3 months before because I am 7 months out. Have lost 87 lbs but only 2 pants sizes
