  1. No more back pain!!!! And less smothered by them when I'm trying to sleep. Use weights and that will help keep them from deflating. Or push ups....

    Dizziness

I was told it because of the lack of complex carbs. Rice. Bread. Pasta. At four months out my surgeon added them in very small amounts and only two servings a day

    Friday Weigh-In!

I do walk...and a stationary bike at home. I do an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. I started the free memberships circuit to get some resistance training in for skin tightening. It really helps Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

    Friday Weigh-In!

6 month milestone was yesterday. I started at 285 lbs. I now weigh 204 lbs. My personal goal was to be at 200 lbs at this mark. Its been slow to come off for me but I am grateful. Also my monthly was this week so I don't know if that kept me from my goal but I cried myself to sleep last night because I have worked soooo very hard at this. I exercise feverishly yet reading these posts everyone else results are so much greater than mine. (So it seems). When I look in the mirror I still see myself 81 lbs ago. The stressful state of mind when the scale doesn't move for a week is overwhelming. I think its time to change up my workout routine. I really wish that I could afford a gym membership. I tried a free week at curves and really liked it. I'm gonna try a free week at fitness 19 next week...maybe that will get the scale moving again Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

    Hair Loss

Prenatal Vitamins are free at a lot if pharmacies with a prescription. My surgeon wrote me a script for a year. Really helps with the cost of supplements... Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

    Hair Loss

I was severely anemic so I've been taking prenatal Vitamins instead of multi vitamins since 6 weeks post op. I've have minimal hair loss and I'm no longer anemic. So I to advocate the prenatal vitamins. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
