You might try some Benadryl. That's what is in Tylenol pm.

Hi All! I need some help. I am so sick of cold food, cottage cheese, deli meat, etc. I've seen several of you talk about having chili. I would like to know how you're making it. I'm not a cook by any means, but it seems like it might be spicy. Any help anyone could give me on this would be greatly appreciated. I am so sick of cold meals. I'm so sorry you're having these kinds of problems. For the headache you might try using an ice pack on your head. It sounds as though you're having an allergic type of reaction possibly to the codine in the hydrocodone. I think if it were me, I would stop the hydrocodone, use the icepacks for the headache and just plain Tylenol for the pain. If that doesn't work, you might want to go to the ER or an Urgent Care to get a shot of pain meds. Keep us posted. By the way, I'm a retired R.N..

Vamp, I'm with Panda on this one. She's right. It's not so mucn the high protein, but the HIGH FAT proteins. You might ask your Dr. to order a Coronary Calcium scan. It's painless, takes only a few minutes and it shows the state of your coronary arteries if thers is any blockage. I had mine done last summer just to be sure, and I'm 57 years old and it was clear. Might just put your mind at ease.

Where do you all get your sublingual b12 at? Just a regular pharmacy?
