I've loved jerky since before surgery now my problem is if its to dry. I also want to look into making my own that way more flavors and always on hand.

I still have issues with big pills a year out and crushed pills are the worst they taste gross no matter what they are mixed with I know I tried cuz I was on a lot of Meds in the beginning

I'm almost a year out down about 100lbs sometimes I get the full feeling sometimes not its weird but I get headaches as well -
