I disagree Amanda....that is not a matter of correct spelling and/or grammar. It is called soda here in the northern part of the US. It actually says Soda on the bottle. I tried to attach a pic but it won't let me, lol.

I'm on day 13 of 14 and I've lost 11.9 pounds. 4-5 shakes and 2-3 veggies or fruits a day. -

I'm allowed 4-5 protein shakes and 2-3 servings of fruit or vegetables each day for my preop diet. Today I cheated......I HAD TOMATO SOUP AFTER ALREADY HAVING 3 VEG SERVINGS! Lol, I guess it's good that this is now my idea of cheating!
