Well its been a week of great things I finally went to cedar point and got to ride the ride I was told 10 years ago I was to big for that made me feel awesome. And yesterday I finally hit 100 pounds lost, and today I've hit over that at 102 pounds lost I've lost the weight and I'm lost for words........

Can also say not only did I hit 200 land this week last week I bought 46 waist paints down from 56-58 waist

Well I did it I did it I did it today as I fight back the tears to tell you all this today marks 5 months to the day that I had my surgery and I got a surprise I stepped on the scale today and I saw 299 yes you heard me right 299 I started at 384 pounds back October of last year I just can't believe it I'm very emotional today after seeing this I have not been below or even at 300 in over 10 years so this is a badge of honor for me God has truly blessed me I know people have a difficult time after surgery but I didn't I had no pain no nausea no acid reflux or heart burn like I said truly blessed. I have still a long way to go in this journey and I'm excited to see summer come I work a physical job outside so the pounds will drop off in the heat this summer I'm also looking toward to my first return trip to cedar point I have not been in about 10 years since they told me I was to big to get on the rides this is turning out to be a great beginning to a great year and a new beginning for not just me but all of us good luck to you all I have great love for you all because you are my new friends/family thanks for reading see you soon

Ok cool. The way I read it I thought your doctor wanted you to go back to shakes. More power to you!! Na it was his suggestion if I wanted to meet my goal to hit that under 300 mark by the end of the month to do that and since I can't eat much anymore anyway shakes will be easy

70 pounds in 3 months is awesome. Why so much pressure for February? Personal Goal i want to be under 300 for the first time in 10 yrs its not pressure its motivation

Well I had my 3 month check up and the doc said I'm doing great I'm down 70 pounds but I'm stalled out again and I told home I want to be below 300 by end of February so he said go back in my shakes and they will do it so for the month of February I will be strictly on shakes must reach this goal failure not an option

Well today I hit 70 pounds lost I feel great

I'm 16 pounds from being under 300 pounds for the first time in 10 years I told my wife there will be a party with a cake with that number on it you have to celebrate these things it's what motivates us to keep on keeping on I'm so excited I can't wait

I eat what I want but way less and I try and stay away from the pop as they say moderation is the key!

First time I've been able to wear this suit in 7 years it use to be to small now it's getting to big

Well I'm about to hit 70 pounds lost pictures to come later today I'm wearing a suit I have not been able to wear in 6 years and I'm 16 pounds from being under 300 pounds for the first time in 10 yrs all I can say is Wow a God is good

Update to yesterday's post I weighed myself after that post and I'm actually part the 60 pounds lost mark I've lost 63 pounds started 384 down to 321 so I hit my mark before my birthday which is Monday. Speaking of birthday I'm having another surgery on my birthday i know kinda of a bad day to have a surgery but i met my out of pocket max and my insurance will cover this other surgery at 100% if i get it done before the new year and Dec 30th was only date available . So the surgery I'm having is called Septoplasty more commonly known as Deviated Septum i actually found out about this before i had my sleeve but put it on the back burner so I would not have too move my sleeve back so prayers are appreciated i will be done with all my surgery this year

Well today marks the 2 month post op and from my pre pop diet which was really only one week till now I've lost 53 pounds doing great and feeling great

Yea been back to work about a week now and I'm still running into people who are now just seeing me for the first time since I got back and it's been nothing but hey man you look great

Well I hit a mile stone in my weight loss as of today I'm over 50 pounds loss from pre surgery to today

People I'm about to hit a milestone in my weight loss !!!!!!!!!!!! Just being back to work for one day I'm one pound away from 50 pounds loss and work was good

It happens to everyone I had it and still do off and on mine was A week in a half long but also now and then I'll go 3 days before I loose a pound it's all part of it your body is just adjusting
