I'm 7 weeks out and I'm wanting a salad badly. Has anyone eaten one yet and what was your result?

What are some good low carb with protein snack

Doc said nerves are repairing themselves so that's why I am having pain. She said for me to start on regular food so I can get my Protein. My BMI is down, I'm happy with my progress. Ate chicken, it was delicious. Start weight 218 Current 189

I dream about food that's how bad I've for it. I wish they would've removed the part of my brain that craves food

I'm sorry, everything will go great. I'm sending prayers your way

Mine is like I'm hormonal. People just say the wrong thing I cry, someone it comes out of nowhere. I didn't even have these emotions with my hysterectomy. I just don't get it.
