  1. I measured out a teaspoon of smooth natural nothing added pb and savored every lick! I'm less than 2 weeks post op. It tasted fantastic. It's a soft food right?

      Not a good choice. A lot of fat, sugar and not much protein

      try some almond butter, I gave up peanut butter a few months ago and switched to almond butter instead. I only buy the all natural no stir from MaraNatha and I keep it to about 1 tsp. Fat from almonds is healthier than peanuts

      I did the same thing. My nut said it's actually a good protein choice if I go for the natural, nothing added, and keep it to a tsp. I love it as a treat.
