I am having trouble with getting my protein. I have tried Nectar powder protein and all ready made protein shakes. I think my taste has changed. The all ready made protein shakes like Kellogg's protein shake remind me to much like milk. I don't like milk. So I bought some liquid whey protein. Has any one tried this product?

I am not getting on scale until I go for my one week post op appointment. But do feel like I might be losing inches. Clothes all ready feel loose. -

My surgery went well this past Monday. I am home now. Still feel sore but each day it gets better. Once I get past this, I will be on the road to lose weight. -

I am having my surgery on Monday. Getting nervous a little. My biggest fear is that I will fail. I have a big support group of family and friends and I don't want to disappoint them and myself. Good luck!!!! -
