I'm so with ya...I eat a tuna salad pouch with 6 Ritz crackers mmmm bout 4-5 times a week for lunch! I have to limit myself cause I love me some Ritz!! As is I eat one more than the 5 for the (per serving) Rebel Bahaha

11 weeks is a long time!! Good for you sticking to your dr.s advice!! It will get you where you want to be!! I was cleared to eat regular healthy lean protein and food at 6 weeks! Dr's a always seeming to be different. Pizza and pastas will come in time

I too did the mouthful and the small drinks. Told my NUT that after she asked if I was gulping water already. Is not really a gulp if I let it trickle HA

The choice to become healthy is a empowering feeling combined with losing at a pace you can see with results (fast ones) that we can see right away. I'm not sure about everyone else but I always got discouraged if I didn't see results the next day! I was always so impatient for my weight to be gone. The pros soooo outweigh the cons any day here!! At 10 weeks out sipping is a thing of the past. so It get better lol Your doing fantastic!! Keep on chugging alone there's no where to go but down. (I mean that in the best since possible as in the scale)

My last name is Sopher. One day at my doctors apt he called me Sophie, wiped his head up and apologized for the slip sayn he really did know my name. (which I know he did I'd seen him for 2 years) So one random day I was telling my husband to do something and called him Sophie.....kinda never quit. Pants just got added in later so sophiepants I am. Oh and my hooker name is soooo not ok!! Pets (cat) first name Puss......Street I lived on "E" street! Puss E! YIKES RIGHT..... Hello I was sleeved 8/21 down 51 pounds from sx day and a total of 80 from the beginning of my journey in February. I feel healthy again for the first time in years. I'm going to surprise my husband in a week when he comes home from outta state!! He hasn't seen me or a full body picture since 3 days after my sx when he left for work!! HEHE cant wait for Saturday!!

Thinking before you speak is definitely in order. I'm not sure but from the OP's (of the post in question) there sounded to me like something was off in his replys. Take it how you want but there was a def CRY for help from him! Being that young and peer presser hard reading the whole thing would help before comment. Just my thought. We're all here to get help in some form or another. If you don't have anything of value to add to the thread then read and move on. Lots of others have valuable advice for the ones you cant help.
