Help me please! I'm losing my hair
sophiepants replied to jamill527's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Nothing much you can do but ride it out woman. I took Biotin everyday for 5 months and got 80-105 grams of Protein and I still lost my hair. I started losing at about 2 1/2 months and now at 5 1/2 months it's slowing way down I also use a Product called Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. Not sure if this has helped but I'm now down to losing half as much as I was. I hate it. I'm not vain but sheesh I kinda like my hair. -
My doc told me I should be eating 8oz now so I wouldn't worry. Are you able to eat 8oz? Depending on what I'm eating my whole meal will weigh 5-6 oz. I'll have my 6 month check up in a few weeks. Just wondering what to look forward to.

How low carb were you? I'm 5 months and at 1000 calories, 75 carbs ( I just upped it due to still being light headed even though I get 8-10 glasses of water) 80-100 grams of protein. Just wondering how low carb you were. -

Congrats!! That's amazing work -
I'm 5 months out and try for 1000 calories and 75 carbs. I was getting under 50 carbs but kept getting light headed so I'm upping the carb to see if I was to low. I get 80-100 grams of Protein a day. I don't track much else. Sugar meh I keep low less than 20. No one told me to use these numbers but they are working for me.
