I can. I also had half an apple with almond butter spread yesterday. I have no issue so far. I did go slow though. I have a yummy looking Avocado and Crab Salad recipe I'm trying today for lunch!! I'll post later on -

Awwww GG This is why I love ya gal!! I'm in the same place right now. We are only a few weeks apart and I'm with ya here. My poor husband is trying to escape me I think....sigh. I know we will get through this soon. Maybe it's the holiday also....time to reflect and all. IDK or time to look forward to the next years. again IDK However if you figure it out do share with me. -
I would image it is ketosis. I had the stinky pee too!! :)Sorry if tmi. But there's a few threads about it lol people said the Listerine taps helped a lot also. It will pass but while your in ketosis I would take full advantage while you can. Meaning walk a lot and if you are cleared to do more do it now. I was in for..... sheesh almost 2 months and I dropped the most weight then.

Oh hahaha I should have added I'm only 2.5 weeks out. How far out until I can eat meat? Haha I ot ya!! I couldn't eat solid foods until I was 6 weeks out. But as soon as your team clears you to have solid foods and It doesn't bother your new tummy I use mine just like any beef would be cooked. If you look in the recipes form I asked if any one had any suggestions on how to better cook venison. And I got some really great Ideas. -

Where in the world are you that a "simple dinner" consists of "elk blackstrap?" Lol My husband killed his Elk and Deer this year so I now am a proud owner of 300 pounds or venison. We freaking eat it almost daily. I do however half to break it up with some chicken a few times a week. It's a learning curve cooking this lean meat I tell ya!! Oh and I'm in Washington state near the border of Canada. -

I know the feeling well here also just recently I let my husband do something's I NEVER would have let him do before HEHE Did feel the embarrassment the next morning but after 13 years seeing how excited and how his face lights up every time I see him lately it is so worth it!! I'm so happy for you and the sweet feeling that came......
