I can't help but watch this show its on tlc right now. Most of these patients are bypass but its still very interesting and scary . I am no wear near that weight but still nervous for the surgery itself. Oct 23rd !!! Coming really quick

Ok so I have a messed up knee due to previous cancer and knee replacements from that and so on... Anyways my knee had given out on me the other day and I have a huge probably 6 inch bruise on my leg it's basically black and very swollen... Surgery is on the 23rd and I'm concerned and hope it will be ok for surgery?? I'm nervous to what they will say about it and wonder if they will be concerned more about blood clots now because its so big

I'm having my surgery on oct 23rd... I don't have a thyroid it was removed 3 years ago, has anyone else had successfully losing weight without one after surgery? I'm nervous it won't work. I'm just anxious.

I know everyone is different but my dr gave me a estimate today the average person loses 60% I excess body fat.. We figured it out I'm currently 236 and would end up being at 185 or something. I'm not complaining but was just curious If anyone else heard these statistics from their dr and lost more? U would think u would lose more than 45 lbs from surgery overall but who knows. I have some people get so tiny -

I was very lucky and not expecting to get a date so quickly. I only found out 3 weeks ago when my surgery was an was expecting it to be in late November early december -

I'm getting the surgery October 23rd, and start a diet today. I feel do hungry and just want to splurge. Anyway my question is... I have no thyroid it was removed and am wondering how well sleevers have done in the losing weight process without one?
