October 14th- surgery date started 2 week preop diet today which is a protein shake3x a day, a protein bar 2x a day and one meal consisting of 6oz of lean protein(chicken,fish,pork,turkey, 2cups of raw or 1 cup of cooked non starchy veg, 1/2 cup starch, 1 tsp fat. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE- -
