    I've had to break down and take a Xanex today because I'm so nervous for my surgery tmrw! Praying for a smooth surgery with NO complications!!!

    My doctor's requirement is to do a full liquid diet for 2 weeks prior to surgery and its been so hard but I've lost 32lbs on my own before surgery tomorrow! Good Luck to all of you and praying for a speedy recovery for all of us.

    No but this has been proven to help with nausea and vomiting after surgery

    I made sure to get my protein in and my doctor had me on Metformin...it helped immensely with my appetite (day 12 of liquids)
