I got the news today, I'm going to be sleeved on May 9th, so super excited!!!! Now I have to start a whole new countdown to get to that point. Im in La La land and it feels great to know that positive changes are coming, I'm also thankful for this site, I've been a member since Nov/2013, it's been inspirational, motivational and informative, I appreciate the willingness that people have to share their stories.

congrats to you too, I know how you feel, my relationship with food will be soon ending and it seems like I'm taking a extra long kiss goodbye. Lol. I've been eating like crazy but at the same time I'm super eager to start my two week pre op diet. Weird!!!

Congrats to you, I actually go in on the 9th to get my date not actually have the surgery, I will tell you that it took a lot to get to this point. I know that your super excited!! Much success to you and stay positive and motivated.

Men are natural hunters, I think you should focus on going to new places now that your confidence is higher, allow yourself to be seen and let nature do the rest, the least amount of time you think about finding the love, the better your chances are at finding that special person. Hi everyone, in my last post I expressed that I was nervous about taking another stress test due to being already delayed for months, well I received a call from my cardiologist this past Thursday and he advised me that he went over my records and determined that another stress test wouldn't be needed, YAE!!!! Needless to say that took a huge relief off of my shoulders he also advised me that he would go ahead and fax the clearance over to my surgeon, this was a wonderful call considering that I have a follow up appointment with him on march 13 and he decided to call me beforehand to give me the news, he knows how anxious I am about this surgery, I've talked his ear off about it for months. Lol. I also had my appointment with my primary care doctor yesterday and he advised me that he would go ahead and clear me for the surgery since my cardiologist advised that it's fine, a lot of positive things have happened these past two days, I'm so excited, I will call my surgeon on Monday to make sure he received both faxes and from that point I will be waiting for an actual date. OMG!! I can't believe I'm this close. YIPPY!!!!!
