Get all of the junk out of your house now. Go back to basics. Drink your water/get your Protein in. Cut the simple carbs. If you can commit to these things you won't have much room or time to eat crap. This really sounds like self-sabotage. Good luck to you, you can do this.

Love the bare minerals foundations and mineral veil (powder). I used and loved the powder foundation for several years. Just switched to the bare minerals liquid serum foundation last year and am now hooked on it. The color matches beautifully to my skin (fair) and it applies very easily with a special brush. The bm eye shadows I hated a lot. The blush was just so so.

Eating at night

Why not just eat something? I don't understand the question. -
Sad, haunting rendition of Wrecking Ball
woo woo replied to My Bariatric Life's topic in The Gals' Room
I like how they did it as a duet, it changes the perspective of the song. The man's voice is really beautiful, too. -
Well, I am in the 150s now at 7.5 months. I get what you are saying but the fact is that I qualified for surgery with a bmi of 35 with comorbid conditions. My surgery was covered 100% by insurance. I don't think you feel this way, but there are some out there that seem to think that those if us that are "only" 60 to 80 pounds overweight are not deserving of an effective and lasting treatment. I happen to disagree. It may be counterintuitive, but the truth is that outcomes are better when patients don't wait until they reach the much higher bmi to seek surgery.

Or maybe her goal was to weigh 150?

@@Invictus Yours may be different, but my orders were not to lift anything over 10 pounds for the first 2 weeks after surgery.

Boobs Bigger Since Surgery?
woo woo replied to HighHeelShoes's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Smaller band (torso) will increase cup size. Cup size (the letter) is the difference between the band and the fullest part of the breast. -
I suddenly hate pix of myself again

I think a big part of the issue here is that the shorts are not flattering you in this picture. Have you ever tried pilates? I've been doing megaformer pilates and I have seen a huge difference in only 6 classes. There is an accommodation available for any kind of injury. You just let them know at the beginning what your issues are. Anyway just a thought. If you Google megaformer pilates and your city you should get a result or two. Most places seem to offer a free intro class to try it. You still look fab! -
7 months ago: size 16 Bought a new pantsuit last week: 10 pants, large blouse, 12 jacket. Did I mention size 10 pants and non-stretch everything!

They sell an adult Tylenol liquid that works great. You can take it every 4 hours. Just make sure you take it by the clock. That plus the heating pad should be plenty for you after the first couple days. Best of luck!!

Help! Starting to graze at four week out.
woo woo replied to akreese02's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
All of these are great suggestions. Definitely add a preemptive snack. Definitely make a plan for what you will do with your self during those times to keep busy until bedtime. Someone wise once said that failing to plan is like planning to fail -
Be honest - does anyone regret the surgery?
woo woo replied to TvlGrl712's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Not for one minute actually. Not even immediately after surgery. Not during the three weeks of liquids only that I was allowed on my plan, not during the three weeks after that of only soft foods. Super happy with my decision. Currently 7 months out. -

@@Weighting2BeFree which doc are you referring to? I think it would be helpful for people to know as they are researching, especially since so many patients travel from out of state to Texas for surgery. -
Ha ha, maybe I should!

It has been discussed on here before that there seem to be a large number of nurses on this board. There seem to be some job related factors there.

To Sleeve or Not to Sleeve - that is the question...

Well. She's a psychiatrist and not a bariatrician. So, I wouldn't weigh her input on wls all that heavily if it was me. -
Is it possible to keep VSG a secret?
woo woo replied to purpleandgold's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
The weight loss is not freakishly rapid. Some people might have suspicions but it's not that obvious and it's no one's business. Don't worry, just smile and say thanks when the compliments come. -

Relationship woes regarding weight loss

It's an insecurity thing, don't sweat it. Just make sure he knows how great you think he is. Also , whatever you do, don't lecture him about his eating or weight.
