Im going to be going on a field trip with my school tomorrow and for the rest of the week and I was wondering if I would be able to eat a grilled chicken snack wrap without the wrap part and just eat the chicken, cheese, and lettuce? Help I want to call my nutritionist but I dont like calling the office cause they dont call back untill 5pm. Let me know what you guys think! Thanks in advance [sharedmedia=trackers:tickers:5921] -

Considering that it is my post and my dilemma i can choose what the subject discussed on here can be. I asked a question and I would like people to respect my wishes. I know that most posts are about what I asked but its distracting when people dont respect the subject and try to help someone out. If it was you wouldnt you feel the same way in all honesty. -

reduce the amount of bubbles in the soda before drinking it. im only 9 days and dont miss it but that is only a suggestion. hope it helps.

I finally got my date for sleeve surgery. I get sleeved December 21st. Just waiting for insurance approval. Any advice from teens who have been through this process. Any advice is welcome from anyone. Thanks

I finally got confirmation on my surgery I get sleeved on December 21st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any one who has been sleeved please help me with advice for the post op phase after the surgery. That will be very helpful and I would really appreciate all the advice I can get. Thanks!
