Okay I love Dr. Trivedi he is an amazing doctor and was right by my side when I was in the hospital. I went to him when I was 16 to but at that point no hospital was allowing it until a week after my 17th birthday and it was all up hill from there. I cant wait for college and all the clubs that I wanna join. best of luck if you have any questions let me know. I will be 6months post op on June 21st, it has been a great experience with the sleeve best thing I ever did. -

I see that you are in new York and there is a doctor in Columbia Presbyterian who does the surgery on adolescents you just have to do a 6 month weigh in with nutrition counseling. I did not go to this doctor but I hear he is a really good doctor I went to one in NJ because I did not want to travel anywhere else. I hope this info helps. -

Did you watch your own surgery video ? I did
ljmasterdebater replied to Naija2atl's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
I didn't get a copy of mine wish I did though it would have been so cool to watch me instead of people getting it on youtube -
your doctors know best and so does the nutritionist and if they say you are doing fine then you have to trust them.

VSG done laparoscopically?
ljmasterdebater replied to MumtazG38's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
it mean that you get 5 small holes so they can do the surgery instead of a giant 12inch incision in your belly. -

I believe that if we need support for this surgery we should not have to pay for it. By paying to use this site will open up the flood gates for other free sites to start charging people too. If you start doing this now it will set a dangerous precedent for other sites to start charging their users for a service that is only beneficial for them. I know people dont like complainers but i feel that my voice needs to be heard.
