Defying Gravity~Wicked The Musical 'm through accepting limits 'cause someone says they're so Some things I cannot change But till I try, I'll never know! Too long I've been afraid of Losing love I guess I've lost Well, if that's love It comes at much too high a cost! I'd soon try Defying gravity Kiss me goodbye I'm defying gravity And you can't pull me down: There's no fight we cannot win Just you and I Defying gravity With you and I Defying gravity So if you care to find me Look to the western sky! As someone told me lately: "Ev'ryone deserves the chance to fly!" And if I'm flying solo At least I'm flying free To those who'd ground me Take a message back from me Tell them how I am Defying gravity I'm flying high Defying gravity And soon I'll match them in renown And nobody in all of Oz No Wizard that there is or was Is ever gonna bring me down! Open surgery anyone?
ljmasterdebater replied to MindiJean's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
always plan ahead but talk to your surgeon about your concerns because he will be able to guide you so that you are safe during the operation and when you are recovering. on your next visit or if not visit call the office and schedule a meeting with him and express your concerns and tell him everything that has happened so he can prepare you now for what could possibly happen in the OR. Best of Luck and keep us up to date with how everything goes. -

well then do something about it cause if you keep complaining then nothing will get done. talk to another surgeon maybe you can get the bypass or something to get the weight loss back to steady. -
Falling off the handle!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
ljmasterdebater posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
What do you do when you feel like you over splurge and the scale the next morning says something different then what you thought it was yesterday? Has this ever happened to any of you? I will be the first to admit that it has happened to me and then i get right back to what I know. In my opinion its okay if you fall off the handle we are human beings but knowing how to get back on track is what counts. Things that help me are doing liquids for a day and then slowly introducing foods back into my diet specifically the atkins frozen meals they are amazing and filling and I even have left overs for the next day or meal. What happens for you? PS: If any of you recognize the topic title let me know. (Hint- for those of you into musicals you should know this right away!!) -

Going to the Movies was hard...
ljmasterdebater replied to moorecr's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
good for you what movie did you see? -
i would consult a doctor before doing that because even though it is all natural it might have some side affects with the sleeve but definitely keep eating even though it is a hassle at times you need to do it for your health. Best of Luck!

I hope everyone is doing well! What have you guys been able to eat and not eat? How has getting this surgery changed your life? Do people notice that you have lost weight?
