5'4 sw 250 now 180 surgery date 11-4-2013

I started losing my hair at four mos out. Almost six now and still losing it. I'm surprised I'm not bald yet. I use biotin and protien shampoo and conditioner

I do Flintstones vitamins. Not a great tsste but tolerable

I only took 3 wks off. 0 n/v and very minimal pain. I had a very good and easy recovery.

Pre weight 250 Surgery weight 239 Currently 198!!! Haven't weighed this in 3 yrs!!

I told my husband my weight. Almost 17 weeks out now and down 52 lbs. Started at 250

I tried life chioce from walmart. They were ok at first, but now I can taste the sugar alcohols. Can't do protien drinks because they turn my stomach!!

I'm 12 weeks out tomorrow and..... nope. No hair loss!

12 weeks monday and down 45 lbs. I go usually half the month not losing then loose a few lbs. Been in a stall 2 weeks now. I'm still super excited. Thats 45 lbs I couldn't have lost myself! Chins up!!!

I waited 2 weeks. I wasn't sore any more and was cleared to drive too!

I'm 9 weeks and 3 days out! I still have problems getting all my protein. I do hit 60 grams most days. I'm down 42 lbs. Seems like I'm losing slow, but how much would I have lost on my own? Not near that!! So overall I'M HAPPY!!
