Surgery date 10/1/2013 Starting weight 245 Current weight 210 Goal weight 180

Omg so I was 241 pre op surgery was oct 1 went down to 221 and now 3 weeks later I'm at 224 why am I gaining weight I feel so stupid I had this surgery done It's irreversible only for me to gain weight I'm going crazy please help!!!!

You really gave me a lil hope being that you have already been thru the first stages I will hang in there I mean if I was on a regular diet no surgery I would have to cut back on eattjng and have portion control and exercise and that too would take time and the surgery itself is already restricting my food intake which is the portion control part so I have faith that sooner or later I will have to loose weight so I have to continue do follow docs orders and be patient

I'm on purées I usually have a protein shake in the morning water all day or diet snapple ice tea throughout the day I have apple sauce light fit yogurt dinner chicken spinach blended

So this has come faster then expected my initial appt was aug 9th 2013 I was given a list of things that needed to be done for approval and I wasted no time doing them I returned for my second appt sept 6 and was giving the oct 1 date as time gets closer I am excited but so so so nervous I must do a 2 day liquid diet prior to surgery so sept 28 will be my last supper then is all liquids from there I am 5'6 245lbs I am very anxious to see how good and healthy this gastric sleeve can help me be. My biggest fear is having the loose skin I seen some really bad pics :-(

I'm doing much better how r you? I'm frustrated becuz this is week 3 and I gained 2lbs :-/ I'm praying this sleeve surgery works for me and it all wasn't done in vain I went from 241 to 221 now I'm 223

Sleeved on oct 1st I'm 9 days out my pain is completely gone just hold on it def gets better

So I had my surgery oct 1 2013 as of today I'm feeling for the most part back to myself minus a small section on my belly that's still a lil sore but nothing major I don't even take the pain meds anymore anyway today I stepped on the scale for the first time and I loss 15 pounds already omg soo great I started 241lbs I am now 226 :-) that gave me inspiration to stick to the doctors orders and not be sad about not being able to eat certain things becuz I am going to be slim and trim soooooo anxious for my month to be up so I can get in the gym

I I finally made it to 3 oz and I was able to cough up all that yucky flem that I was scared to cough up becuz of the pain I'm off of my IV and walking all around still sore but today is a much better day sleeved oct 1

Some moments are better then others hang in there we will be ok

Hey guys sooo I was sleeved oct 1st I wanted to turn back the hands of time I was in so much pain it's a lik better now but I just don't tolerate pain very well I'm supposed to go home today I'm praying the don't release me I don't feel very well and still haven't got pass drinkin 2 oz per hour

omg I feel horrible :-( everyone is different tho I feel like when u got my c section with my daughter I'm trying to walk it out that helps and I can't get down the 2 ounces per hour

Sooooo I'm actually in the waiting area changed into my hospital gown I'm super nervous now I just pray I come out alive and well pray for me please

Just had my last "meal" chicken broth no more drinking or eatting after midnight oh boy!!!! The time has really come super excited but the negative possibility still stays in the back of my mind God is good and he will see me thru

Heyy definitely having those same feelings I'm scheduled for tomorrow at 2:45pm I'm just all over the place in my thoughts but I will hopefully find the strength to go on thru with it
