Skinny decaf americano. Have this every morning

At the end of Sept I was sitting in the lobby of the car rental return waiting for the shuttle to take me to pick up my car after some repairs. I looked up for a moment to look outside (it was dark out) and I saw the reflection of a young lady sitting there looking out side too. I thought, hmm, I was pretty sure that I was the only one there when I sat down. I looked around and was right, looked back out the window and realized it was MY reflection in the window I was seeing. Absolute shock as this was a pretty, well dressed women and not the fat not so well dressed me that I was used to seeing....major eye opener! So so happy!

K- I made these chicken pizza crusts tonight and they were delicious and extremely filling. I made each pizza crust out of 3 oz of raw ground chickens NDR lol owed the re i pie I. Outdo barely finish 1/2 a mini pizza. Mmmm so good even my kids were loving them

Me too! I so miss having pizza. This alternative actually sounds even better! Tomorrow nights dinner for sure.

174 this morning. Slow but still going down. I really need to up my fluid intake. Was doing great before but since I've been back from vacation I've slid into old habits of not drinking my H2O. I know what to do...so am on it!

I posted on Friday that I had stayed the same (179). I was in Vancouver visiting my mom in the hosp. Arrived home on Sat and I am 177. I am 2 lbs away from my mini goal !!!

This is so the topic in our house right now too. I am looking for a new car and said not only do I need heated seats but a heated steering well...I am freezing all of the time. Wore my winter down filled jacket at my desk at work today (inside). I'll take freezing over keeping the weight on!

Was 186 last week in a stall....today 181.2! Yes, I love this journey

RJ my heart just sank as I read your post. I want to fly across Canada and hug you to make that horrible pain go away. I have had doctors look at me that way in the past and can understand how demeaning it can be. I try hope that your next appointment goes better. Our new sleeves do not like solids that early and that is there way of telling you that. This is our new tool and it works to remind me of what I did this for. Every now and again I slip up a bit and take that one bite too many and my sleeve rebels. Use this as a learning opp. Mention it at your appt tomorrow though just to be on the safe side. Good luck

Hey Majique, I've always had that same issue too. What works for me now is to drink lots of decaf tea and or hot water in the evening. I'm not hungry, so it's just keeping my mind busy for me.

Try not to dwell on that just yet. Think of your recovery first. They may be just want waiting a few days before contacting you, thinking you may need the rest (I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt). Plus, you are going to make many new friends on line and in person. I have found I've become more out going as the weight comes off and am meeting people I have far more in common with now! Wishing you great success in your journey and many new friends to boot!

186 and holding this week

It gets even better.... I left home last Saturday for Phoenix with a friend to relax and get a good tan before the winter hits in Canada. Then I flew to San Francisco this morning to meet up with my husband for a week of touring around and then home together. Well we ended up in different terminals so I asked him to come to my terminal and met me at my luggage carousel. We'll he could find me - why- because he didn't recognize me. Apparently, a week away and I've changed so drastically that after 26 years of marriage he couldn't recognize me! Apparently, my tan and further weight loss did it. Personally, I think he just hasn't noticed the difference seeing me everyday and then was looking for the old *chubbier* me Feeling pretty good right now
